Deceptious is one of the most prolific quest modders in the scene, and this is their rolling collection of fixes for quest bugs, stuck NPCs, broken triggers, and logic errors the official patches have not caught.
It is updated frequently, documented properly, and safe to drop into any playthrough. There is no good reason to play without it.
