Cyber Engine Tweaks

Cyber Engine Tweaks is the load-bearing wall of Cyberpunk 2077 modding. It injects a Lua scripting runtime into the game, along with an in-game console and the overlay that most mods use to draw their settings menus. The majority of scripted mods list it as a hard dependency.
