TweakXL

TweakXL loads changes into TweakDB, the database of item, vehicle, and balance records the game reads at runtime. Mods declare their tweaks in simple YAML or .tweak files and TweakXL merges everything cleanly.

It is the standard way to add new items and vehicles or rebalance existing ones, and like ArchiveXL it rides on RED4ext.
